True Life Church is Hiring a Bookkeeper Near Middleburg, FL
Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
The church bookkeeper is responsible for the proper receipt, accounting and disbursement of church funds within policies established by the church for adequate financial control.
1. Keep accurate records in using Aplos Accounting Software.
2. Reconcile monthly bank statements and correct ledgers as needed.
3. Prepare check request along with associated invoices, receipts and other supporting data for approval.
4. Pay approved expenses.
5. Compile monthly reports.
6. Keep church leadership informed of any trends or changes in fiscal matters.
The position is on-site. Office hours are 8a-4p Monday-Friday. Days and hours for this position are flexible. Approximately 25-30 hours/week.
EXPERIENCE:
Two years prior bookkeeping experience required.
